From Zero to Hero


Apply this strategy to your daily life. The rules of 3 is a consistent way of looking forward to the next three days. For example when starting a new workout plan do not look at it as a long term goal of 3 or more months. Look at it in a way of “what am I going to do in these first 3 days, how am I  going to implement them, as well as can I do it?”. The anwser is hell yes you can! It’s all about progression so focus on those first 3 days and getting through them. Then increase the focus to 3 weeks and finishing them and so on until it becomes part of who you are as well as part of your life.
